- Strong knowledge in recruitment procedure and channels. (1,2)

- Excellent network with local banjar and government institutions. (1)

- Wide knowledge in all law and regulation related to hotel industry. (1)

- Good ability in payroll and taxes. (1)

- Minimum two years experience in same position. (1,2) 

- High skills in negotiation and communication with people. (1,2)

- Well versed in designing and delivering training programs. (1)

- Ambitious, discipline and creative personality. (1,2)

- Able to lead and manage team well. (1,2)

- Fluent in both English and computer. (1,2)

- Outstanding in all job descriptions of Manager. (1,2)
