Location : Dili, Timor Leste Type : Permanent Salary : USD 500 – 700 tax free per month plus other benefits. Working Hours : 6 days a week, with flexibility Accommodation : 1 bedrooms inside of the compound Start : ASAP but flexible for the right candidate Female only – due to cultural reasons The Villa Manager has overall responsibility for every aspect of the Villa operation and for the performance of each individual staff of the villa. The main emphasis in this role is on customer service, the key objective being to deliver a world-class hospitality service and to create unique and memorable experience for family members and every guest. From our Villa Managers we expect a 'can do attitude'. You will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities: • Timely Upkeep of Family Members urgent & daily needs. • Customer Service delivery + guest satisfaction (including catering, child care, IT) • Proactive communication with guests to ensure all queries are answered and any special requests are met at the earliest opportunity • General Villa Maintenance (Living Rooms / Kitchens etc.) • Housekeeping (laundry, cleanliness and presentation throughout the villa) • General hygiene, health and safety standards • Guest Relationship • Staff Management • Communication with Guest Relations pre arrival + post departure • Completion of all financial + non-financial paperwork We are looking for the following experience and personal attributes: • Positive and flexible attitude • Highly professional with a 5 star service mentality • Proactive • Great attention to detail • Team player • Kind, has a calming presence, well presented and organized • Flexible, versatile and be willing to the tenant of villa • Intermediate English (preferred) Experience :- The candidate should be from Hotel Industry or someone who has prior worked in Villa and managed the general staff of the Villa and have been an intermediate between the Boss and the staff.
