Position Description:

The Hotel Upselling Executive’s main responsibility is to induce hotel guests to purchaseadditional hotel products, such as higher room categories, all inclusive packages, spa treatments, F&B promotions and any other special promotion. Furthermore the candidate should also cross-sell sister property’s products such as theatre tickets of Bali Nusa Dua Theatre 
The candidate will have free mobility around the hotel promises to approach our hotel guests and establish a cordial relationship to find out their additional needs and try to offer them products and services exclusive from our Resort at a pre-determined price.  

Position requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality or Tourism School
- Command of the English language both verbal and understanding, with the ability to demonstrate warmth and empathy when engaging customers
- Command of a second language is desired (candidates with Russian or Chinese knowledge will be highly considered)
- Preferable previous experience as sales or customer service, such as GRO or Front Office Staff.
- Good appearance and  grooming is a must
- Dynamic, confident, enthusiastic, creative 
- Able to work in different shiftschedules based on business needs (morning or afternoon shifts).

Job description / main responsibilities:
- Complete understanding of the hotel products and services, in order to be able to explain these to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Maximize and increase revenue for the hotel by applying upselling techniques. 
- Direct link/ point of contact between customers and management to ensure rapid information flow of any issues, in order to resolve these to guests satisfaction. 
- Identify customer’s needs and if required,  propose and create new upselling products
- Ensure hotel´s upselling targets are met.

What we offer:
- Package salary plus incentive scheme as per hotel´s standard.
- 1 or 2 years contract with full benefits as per hotel regulations, based on candidate´s abilities and skills.
