Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Other foreign language is an advantage
• At least a 1 year experience in a similar position at a good reputation resort operation
• Good communication skills bottom up and down and laterally
• Good managerial and leadership skills
• Multi tasking orientation
• Guest engagement orientation
• Good awareness of controlling cost and expenses
• Revenue generating individual
• Good team and individual developer
• Good intra and inter department team builder
