Golf Resort Manado a new exciting Golf Resorts, occupying 100 hectares land with 18 hole golf course, waterpark and resort facilities located in Likupang, Manado, North Sulawesi, is seeking applications from highly skilled candidates for the below mentioned positions:

Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)

Front Office Manager (FOM)

Executive Housekeeper (EHK)

Food & Beverage Manager (FBM)

Human Resource Manager (HRM)

Chief Engineer (CE)

Chief Security (CS)

IT Supervisor (IS)

General Qualifications:

• Male / Female max 45 years
• Experience at least 1 year in similar position (2,3,4,7,8)
• Experience at least 2 years in similar position (1,5,6)
• Highly Discipline and Dedication with good spirited leader
• Guest service oriented
• Able to work individually and as a team
• Education min D3, preferably in Hospitality
• Computer literacy is a must
• Be able to plan, organize and manage the daily operations effectively, as well as having the ability to negotiate with third parties.
• Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Have good connection with travel agents within and outside Manado (1)
• Have good connection with online agents local or overseas (1)
• Familiar with local / national manpower regulations and general affair (5)
• Familiar with VHP Hotel System is an advantage
• Understand networking, active directory, computer security, daily operational troubleshooting, hardware & software troubleshooting, daily backup and guest oriented troubleshooting is a must(8)
