Assistant Front Office Manager
Requirements with proven records as :
· Candidates at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years experience in the same field in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
· Candidates have strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication.
· Excellent command of English. Speak other foreign languages will be an advantage.
· Problem solving and complain handling skills
· Proficient in spreadsheet (1,2,3)
· Knowledge of Power Pro system (1,2,3)
· Well-groomed, discipline, personable and have an excellent customer service skills
· Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure, multitasking environment
· Able to join immediately.
