Boutique Resort urgently required Chef De Partie & Cook, with minimum 2-3 year’s previous experience in similar hotel capacity and category.

Communicate effectively with Kitchen and front-bar staff.
1.   Assist s and supports the head chef in food preparation.
2.   Attention to details and identify problems when arise.
3.    Is involved in the training of lower cadre staff.
4.   Oversees breakfast preparation and service.
5.   Meal preparation.
6.   Oversees food preparation, cooking and presentation in the restaurant.
7.   Enforces safety, health and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
8.   Good Teamwork & Leadership.

1.   Female or Male
2.   Highly motivated, attention to details, energetic, creative, dynamic and innovative.
3.   Customer service oriented, able to work as a team.
4.   Must have a love and passion for food
5.   Good management and organizations skills
6.   The ability to work under pressure
