Located in the hearth of Kuta, Alaya Kuta is a Boutique Hotel with 116 rooms will be opened in the beginning of 2015.
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual for Executive Chef
Requirements:
- Professional and positive attitude
- High standard skill in culinary
- Skill to bring innovation in the recipes of different food items
- Comprehensive knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene practices and occupational health & safety standards are essentials
- Good practical, operational and administrative skills, with a flair for creativity , are a must
- Strong Leadership and Managerial Skill
- Minimum two (2) years of working experience in similar position at 4 star hotel with relevant knowledge in International Cuisines such as European , Mediteranian , Asian
- Graduated from reputable college/university.
- Excellence in English both written and spoken
