Alaya International Management is a Boutique Hotels Operator which currently manage Alaya Ubud and Alaya Kuta (will be opened in the beginning of 2015).
We are looking for talented and motivated individual for Marketing & Communication Manager
Requirements:
- Professional and positive attitude
- High standard skill in hotel Marketing with National and International networking
- Strong Leadership and Managerial Skill
- Have a pleasant personality and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be able to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Should be able to develop and implement marketing plan and project for the New and Existing products.
- Manage the productivity of marketing plan and projects
- Determine the Marketing Budget and deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget
- Have a good relation with Media and Advertising Agency
- Minimum two (2) years of working experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
- Knowledgeable of computer literate
- Degree in Communication is an advantage.
