Grandkemang Hotel Jakarta, managed by MESA Hotels & Resorts, is looking for innovative, highly motivated and goal-oriented candidate as :
SOUS CHEF CHINESE
Requirements:
Male or Female.
- Diploma or degree from recognized Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management School.
- At least 3 years experience in similar position at 4 or 5 stars hotel.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) or other foreign language ability is preferred.
- Has self-driven leadership and culinary system.
- Up to standard in all single detail section of manning, product and demanding guest so Customized organizing,
- Planning and coordinating all Food inquiries
- Has wide knowledge and quality control of Chinese food
- We are looking for experienced & dynamic team member
