2. Diploma / Bachelor degree from any field
3. Understand basic of Human Resources
4. Have a pleasant personality, good communication and good interpersonal skill
5. Have a good ability to work with employees across all levels of an organization
6. 1 year relevant working experience in hotel/villa
7. Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills
8. Able to multi-task and under tight deadlines
9. Able to operate Word, Excel, Outlook
