The Shanti Collection Hotel, Bali

The Shanti Collection Hotel seeking candidates for a new position as :

1. Purchasing Manager.

The responsibility will be:

• As a buyer for all department in the Hotel and handling purchase request system and update the inventory needed to purchase.
• Handling administration for all inventories for the hotel, doing physical inventory counting every month.
• Be a good negotiator in dealing good price with suppliers.
• Dealing with purchase administration filling documentation, especially for comparing the good price and making price comparison from suppliers.

The qualification below :

• Experience in purchasing at least 2 years
• Have a good personality
• Work independently and having a “can do attitude”.
• Honest
• Maximum 35 years old
• Can joint for work ASAP
• Can work under pressure with the tight deadline
• Experience using VHP System is an advantage but not a must.

2. Finance Supervisor

The responsibility will be:

• Handling payroll and Administrative matters (employee contract)
• Handling jamsostek calculation and reporting
• Handling prepaid expenses and reporting (Insurance, rent)
• Handling bank reconsiliation

The qualification below :

• Experience in finance and accounting at least 2 years
• Work independently and having a “can do attitude”.
• Honest
• Maximum 35 years old
• Can joint for work ASAP
• Can work under pressure with the tight deadline
• Experience using VHP System and MYOB system is an advantage but not a must.

3. Spa Supervisor & Spa Therapist
With Qualification:

• Femal
• Living in Bali
• Have experience in hospitality industr
• Good attitude, well grooming and good knowledge of tourism area 
• Good Command in English both oral and written and other languages is an advantages
• Have knowledge basic of spa and fresh graduate from spa collage are welcome

4. Reception
With the qualification below:

• Good communication and writing in English
• Young and have a pleasant personality
• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
• Woman
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Can joint for work ASAP
