Villa Kubu is looking for Sales & Marketing Manager
An excellent opportunity to work with this all-villa boutique hotel to help take their sales and marketing to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working at the luxury end of the tourism industry and as many of the following skills as possible:
- At least 3 and ideally 5 years experience in hospitality sales or marketing roles
- Excellent spoken and strong written English, with additional languages a bonus
- Must be able to work full time in Seminyak
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and Asian hospitality market
- Be able to execute innovative marketing and sales strategies based on weekly management briefing
- Can proactively develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan (e.g. outside sales calls, trade shows, telemarketing, e-mailings, mailings, referrals) to network and develop relationships with representatives of target groups and corporate accounts.
- Be able to build relationships with professional organisations and vendors/suppliers to uncover opportunities, leads, and partnerships
- Must be able to work with our existing team to conduct site visits, run events, and generally assist with all aspects of a world-class marketing plan
