The Margo Hotel is A brand new 4+ Star Hotel in Depok will be opening soon and looking for competent, motivated and dynamic candidates to fill the following positions (by Department):

1. FRONT OFFICE

Position: FOM, DM, GRO, Reception, Sport Recreation

2. SM & PR

Position: DOSM, PRM, Sales Manager, Banquet Sales, Graphic Designer

3. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Position: Purchasing staff

4. FOOD & BEVERAGE

Position: Cook, Steward, Restaurant & Bar Manager, BQT Operation Manager, FB Supervisor, Captain, Waiter/s

5. HOUSEKEEPING

Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper, PA Supervisor, Laundry Supervisor, Order taker

6. ENGINEERING

Position: Supervisor, Technician

Requirements for HoD:

• Male or Female, age 35-45 years old
• Minimum 2 years service in similar position
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Good looking, attractive and well-groomed
• Excellent communication skill, negotiation skill, and analytical thinking
• Self motivated, detail oriented, able to work as a team and as individual

Requirements for Managers & Supervisors:

• Male or Female, age 25-35 years old
• Minimum 1 year service in similar position
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Good looking, attractive and well-groomed
• Dynamic, self-motivated, friendly, team spirit, service oriented
• Have a strong personality with good leaderships skill and the ability to adapting to change.

Requirements for Rank & File:

• Male or Female, age 19 to 25 years old
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Minimum have 6 month training in similar position
• Good looking, attractive and well-groomed
• Able to communicate in English
• Energetic, discipline, honest personality willing to help and able to work as a team,
• Excellent guest oriented approach
