1. Reservations Manager
The right candidate will be able to perform all aspects of Reservations Departments functions and processes. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a full-time Reservations Department position
- Have complete understanding of every aspect of the Reservations department’s role
- Great computer skills essential (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook; Internet, etc)
- Must be familiar with Channel Manager (Site Minder)
- Online booking channels and extranet systems (Booking.com, Agoda, etc)
- Excellent communications skills
- Good English essential – written as well as spoken
- Must posses good numeracy skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise your work
- Able to work independently
- Experience with VHP would be an advantage
- Able to start immediately.
2. Administration & Accounts Assistant
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Accountant and Office Team. ALL applicants must be highly organised , professional individuals, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position. The successful candidate will posses
- Good organisational and record-keeping ability
- Good eye for detail and care in his/her work as you will be working with accounts and numbers
- Excellent numeracy skills and mathematics
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Programs
- Able to multi-task, manage his/her own time, work independently as well as in a team
- Good English would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience with VHP would be an advantage but not essential
- Must be able to start immediately.
3. F&B Manager
Wa are looking to engage an experienced and motivated F&B Manager to be in charge of our Kelapa Karma restaurant as well as overseeing all aspects of the F&B Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a quality F&B service in all service shifts as well as maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position
- Ability to lead, direct and motivate a team to achieve our F&B goals
- Experience training & retraining staff in all F&B roles
- Excellent customer service
- Thorough understanding of what Western clients expect
- Experience and exposure in Western Restaurants and/or Hotels
- Good English essential
- Good computer skills
- Experience reviewing F&B expenses/cost control, supervising and conducting stock controls, performing purchasing orders as well as costings
- In addition to this, you will work closely with the Hotel Assistant Manager for the organisation and coordination of events – weddings, parties, etc.
