Requirements :
- Min. 2 year experience in the same position at 4 or 5 star hotel
- A strong character who are able to direct, controls and plans the activities of the Kitchen
- In fit/good health condition
- Cheerful manner but also collaborative, creative, innovative, accountable and decisive
- Knowledge of Indonesian/Western food

- Hard worker
- Good knowledge of Food production (ala carte,buffet.events)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling strong employees revolve around planning, quality of food and service
- Leading the kitchen team
- Supervising and allocating the day-to-day operational activities of the Kitchen
- Work scheduling also involves empowering employees though delegation of duties and
- Training to better their experience.
2. Senior Cook (2 Persons)
Requirements :
- Min. 2 year experience in the same position at 4 or 5 star hotel.
- A strong character who are able to direct, controls and follow the activities of the Kitchen
- Good knowledge of fast and innovative action.
- Good knowledge in leading and cooking responsibility
- Knowledge of Indonesian/Western food

4. Daily Worker For Kitchen
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen.

- Responsible Person.
