With consirable plans for expansion across the group internationally for 2015/16 and with structural change and strategic growth strategies planned to support this expansion, we are now looking to recruit an exceptionally talented Database Manager to play a key role in developing and managing our Group Wide CRM Department. ROLE TITLE: SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT / SUGARCRM DATABASE MANAGEMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development, Deployment & Configuration of the Karma Royal Group SugarCRM environments and SugarCRM DataBase Management using php and JavaScript
  • Creates modules, modifies screen layouts, and maintains drop down lists and lookup tables in SugarCRM environments
  • Maintains and develops interfaces (API’s) between SugarCRM and other information systems: InBox25, using the Talend ETL platform or equivalent
  • Produce high-quality, scalable, secure and functionally Tested software at lightning speed.
  • Providing training on SugarCRM.
  • Push the envelope of software design and architecture
  • Continually sharpen your own skills
  • Provide continually evolving reporting on captured sales information utilizing reporting engine and advanced SQL queries
  • Maintain system automation via internal workflows and created logic hooks
  • Works with stakeholders to define requirements and to create user specification documents
  • Work with business users, & IT staff to schedule upgrades and enhancements
  • Maintains software and project documentation with a high degree of professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience setting up and configuring SugarCRM - must hold SugarCRM Administrator / Certification. (v7)
  • 2 or more years of experience programming in JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS and responsive design.
  • 2 or more years of experience using SQL in a MySQL database
  • Experience with system integration, interfaces, web services and SQL
  • Experience data Extract, Translate and Load (“ETL”)
  • Exp. in Building specialized reports as per requirements
  • Should have excellent database design, querying and implementation skills.

ROLE TITLE: Head of Karma University – Training and Development
Working with the Vice President of Business Development, to include Human Resource Management in South East Asia and Pacific, and with focus on strengthening and improving employee efficiencies within Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Resort Management the Head of Karma University will work with Senior Management, together with Heads of Business Unit and strategic initiative leaders to concept, develop and deliver Karma University as a proactive value adding group wide business unit.
 
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Whilst given overall responsibility for the development and positiioning of Karma University as a praoctive key business unit within the Karma Group, the successful incumbent will on a day to day basis take the lead on ensuring the following core functions of the university become and integral part of the Karma Groups Standard Operating Procedure.

  • Onboarding and Probationary System
  • Employee Assessment and 360 Review System
  • Employee Career Development Program – Junior through to Senior Management
  • Employee Exit Management
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Concept and Develop the Karma University Branding and Mission Statement
  • Understand the clear strategy of Karma University, together with the overall Mission and Vision of Karma  Group.
  • Working with Business Unit Management align the Groups Vision and Mission with core value training and organization development programs.
  • Deliver Karma University orientation with senior management and relevant business unit managers.
  • Evaluate the  needs of the regions employees, plan training programs accordingly.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.
  • Supervise reports and feedback on all staff training.
  • Create testing and evaluation processes.
  • Prepare and implement training budget.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Develop classroom training modules, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences workshops.
  • Provide performance feedback.
  • Provide management and leadership development education.
  • Build solid cross-function and departement relationships.
  • Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
  • Work with Business Unit Management to create Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Management strategies inline with the groups budget and organizational development strategic plans.
 
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in either Human Resource Development or Pyschology or Business Management.
  • 5+ Years Experience as a Key Skills Trainer ideally with a demonstratable knowledge of NLP
  • 5+ Years Senior Management Experience either with a Human Resources and Development role, or a Training Management position.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in organizational development and strategic Human Resource development planning.
  • Ideally have working knowledge and experience with Thomas / Myers Briggs / Strength Finders or similar assessment center tools.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a senior management environment

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

With consirable plans for expansion across the group internationally for 2015/16, and with key change and growth strategies planned to support this expansion, we are now looking to recruit an exceptionally talented and well presented communications manager to become part of the South East Asia and Pacific Management team.

Role Title: Communications Manager
Supporting the Vice President of Business Development South East Asia and Pacific, working across Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Reputation Management for Karma Group, the Communications Manager will work with Senior Management team, Heads of Business Unit and strategic initiative leaders to develop clear and consistent internal / external communication strategies to meet the business, reputation management and engagement needs of the Group.

Responsibilities: ·      
  • Develop and execute regional / global internal / external communications strategies, messages and tactics that internally inform and engaged all facets of the business, externally professionally represent brand and group positioning.
  • Provide expert internal communications counsel across all business units within the group.
  • Act as primary account manager and liaison between Human Resources Department, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Reputation Management to ensure that projects are developed and executed according to strategic plans and in accordance with desired time frames, to advance the strategic goals of the senior management team, whilst also engaging the relevant employees.
  • Develop, manage and advise on a company intranet site, create templates for internal communication, generate content to meet organizational objectives and ensure standards of communication are kept high

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, marketing or related field.
  • Five to seven years of communications experience, including internal communications-focused experience.
  • Strong organizational, account management and project management skill
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create clear and concise well-written documentation.
  • Should be comfortable writing internal emails, blog entries, Intranet pages, video scripts and other materials required.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently, jump into a fast-moving environment and absorb information quickly.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with frequent changes in scope or direction of projects.
  • Excellent consistent attention to detail
