The Natsepa – Resort and Conference Center is looking for dynamic young people, professionals that are highly motivated to fill positions : 

HRM

Responsibilities:

• Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations.  Consults with department heads on appropriate action and recommend the results.
• Ensures the staff complies with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
• Oversees staff hotel personnel and ensure the effective staff management.
• General administration of the Human Resources Department office.
• Maintains and updates staff records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
• Prepares and submits periodic personnel reports such as turnover, personnel inventories, recruitment, and staff accident.
• Establishes Human Resources department budget.
• Monitors the staff performance appraisal. 
• Organization and set up of the Human Resources Department

Requirements :

• Having experiences in four or five stars hotels /resorts min. 1 year
• Having experiences in the similar position min 2 years.
