Training Manager

Responsibilities
  • Give staff the understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks. The Training Officer & English Teacher will either deliver training sessions to participants or arrange for others to do so.
  • Assist Human Resources Manager to develop a comprehensive training package that encompasses both these elements in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfill the needs of the organization.
  • Assist Human Resources Manager to identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Head of Department and human resources departments.
  • Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs.
  • Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important.
  • Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
  • Developing effective induction programs.

Requirements :
  • Having experiences in four or five stars hotels /resorts min. 1 year
  • Having experiences in the similar position min 2 years.
  • Microsoft skills especially in Word, Excel.
