Requirements:
1. Man/ Woman Age 30-40 years old
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position as HR Manager or Asst. HR Manager.
3. Experience in the HR function in a cluster role preferably or large Property
4. Ideally experience in chains hotel
5. Excellent leadership skills
6. Experience working with quality standards
7. Possess excellent communication and analytical skills
8. Should be standards driven with the ability to organise and plan ahead
9. Should have a proven track record in delivering one to one and group training workshops
10. Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
11. Have a flexible approach to their work
12. Applicants must be willing to work in Makassar
