The Natsepa – Resort and Conference Center is looking for dynamic young people, professionals that are highly motivated to fill positions : 

Purchasing

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and direct staff work activities at Purchasing.
• Check daily purchase summary and store report that is prepared by the Receiving & Store Clerk.
• Follow up on Purchase Requests and contact suppliers prior to negotiations.
• Ensure pen and effective communication between team members.
• Promptly reports discrepancies and problem to the Logistic Manager
• Open the storeroom by 8.30 a.m daily and prepare equipment and tools.
• Issue food and beverages to outlets and make sure that items leaving the storeroom are supported by property authorized requisitions.
• Record all food and beverages received or issued on bin cards.
• Receive incoming goods from receiving and compare with receiving records prior to killing out the bin card.
• Issue a Purchase Request if stocks of goods fall below the establish par.

Requirements :

• Male, age  23 - 35  years old.
• Strong communication, Interpersonal and Analytical skills is a must.
• Microsoft skills especially in Word, Excel.
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Having knowledge in VHP system
