Accountabilities
1. Professionally manage and motivate the Hotel sales team. 2. Be a role model to live up to the Hotel’s Vision, Mission & Values - to create exceptional experiences. 3. Prospect and develop new business continuously through phone solicitation, sales calls, customer visits to the hotel, tradeshows, sales blitzes, direct mail, newspaper/journal research and other customer interaction or research. 4. Conducts site inspection effectively and professionally with thorough knowledge of clients’ need and hotel products. 5. To lead and execute proactive sales projects determined by the Director of Sales & Marketing. 6. Drives/manages account transient, group and catering production through improved customer loyalty by excellent account management. 7. Determines the account’s needs, PRSI’s objectives, and marketing and activities of each assigned market/account. 8. Negotiates transient and group rates for assigned accounts |
