requiring good candidates with the position of:
1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
2. HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
3. COOK
4. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Requirement:
- Male/Female with age maximum 35 years old (no 2 and 3).
- Male with age maximum 35 years old (no 1)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position (all no).
- Good English in verbal and written communication (all no).
- Able to operate computer (no 1 and 2).
- Have background or willing to be placed in factory/manufacture (all no).
- Good knowledge in license, labor law, government regulation, employee
agreement, employee compensation and benefit, employee dispute settlement,
employee training and development, manpower administration and validation,
etc (no 1).
- Strong in labor law and government regulation and employee administration such
as employee database, attendance record, leave record, medical premium
calculation, BPJS registration and calculation, overtime record and
calculation (no 2).
- Have strong knowledge in hygiene and sanitation, work safety and procedure,
and experience in serving big group of people (no 3)
- Have strong knowledge for standard and procedure of cleanliness, know to
use chemical and equipment for cleaning (no 4)
- Able to join immediately (all no).
