1. Executive Chef
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity within the hotel, food and restaurant industries.
- Proven track record of cost control including food, equipments, labour and wastage to meet the food quality goals and the hotels financial goal
- At least a College level/Diploma or professional development certificate.
- At least a College level/Diploma or professional development certificate.
- Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity within the hotel, food and restaurant industries.
- Good knowledge of menus a planning and control of F&B costing
- Have an in-depth knowledge of international food and preparation.
3. Waitress (Daily Worker)
- Good looking
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Strong Costumer service skill
- Good performance and attitude
4. Cost Controller
- 1-3 years general accounting experience.
- Understand hotel operation
- Understand how to control and what to be controlled
- Understand about fraud in hotel expenses
- Minimum S1 (ECONOMY) Graduate from reputable institution
5. Lounge Supervisor
- Responsible for the smooth running, ordering, staff training of both the hotel and function bars.
- Taking full ownership of the bar and all the bar products
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity within the hotel, food and restaurant industries.
