Responsibilities
- Assist, participate, and supervise the day-to-day functions, activities of facilities and personnel engaged in the preparation of food.
- Ensure that the standards of performance are implemented and maintained according to the designed task.
- Establish the highest quality level of food production and ensure the hotel standards and guest expectations are met.
- Routinely check all miss-en-place work required ensuring that all equipment and areas of responsibility are kept to the expected standards of sanitation, hygiene, cleanliness, and neatness.
- Ensure timing of cooking is adhered to ensure guest satisfactory.
- Control on an ongoing basis the following:
- Quality level of food production.
- Sufficient stocks of product materials to ensure service requirements are met.
- Cooking appliances are properly cleaned and maintained.
Requirements :
- Having experiences in four or five stars hotels /resorts min. 1 year
- Having experiences in the similar position min 2 years.
